Revised Target Audience.

As a result of feed-back from our tutorials, as well as deeper research showing that Art & Design students had already been targetted, we have chosen to revise our target audience and in place of Students, submit Families with Young Children.
Initially, by Families with Young Children we mean up to 4 adults and 4 children per family. this allows for grandparents, uncles and aunts to be included in the package, adding to the family based aspect of the experience we are aiming for.

This audience seems an obvious choice but we feel that the Yorkshire Sculpture Park is treated like an out-door gallery, rather than a sculpture "park". By working with groups inclusive of children AND adults, we are able to work with an child audience who have the potential to find the park experience entertaining and educating whilst under the supervision of adults, making the park still accessible and enjoyable for those not yet part of the scheme.
