Launch Event Plan

As part of the project we were told we needed to plan a launch event for the 'friends' scheme. For this I came up with a name for the event, along with tagline, invite, activities, an advertisement and created a facebook group (which was deleted after it had been screanshotted).

Event will take place on Thursday 25th March at the YSP- from 10am till 6pm

Activities;
> 3D Workshop, including;
> Mask Making
> Sculpture
> Kites
> Hide and Go Sheep
> Treasure Hunt

Event Invite

This will be sent out to homes of prospective friends.




Online Advertisement

This will appear at the top or side of page where adverts often show.



Both the invite and online advert are targeted more towards the parents of children rather than the children themselves, as it is the parents who make the effort to take the children and the children are not yet at the age where they can take themselves.
