Photographs from the Rob Ryan exibition. This range and style of work appealed to me the most from the days visit. It is very nature inspired but the vibrant colours and detailed patterns just draw me in closer. The first initial glance and then wanting to step closer to view the detail. The colour choice is stronge without being overpowering, its a very fresh look.

Here are a few from the Underground Gallery by Peter Randall, displayed here are his ideas, progress and scupltures that occupide the large space. Being able to see his sketch books gave a great insight into this work. His work is based upon surface texture and what may lay beneath. Three dimentional form that comes from the intimate understanding of the human form.

In these photos, Kim has documented some examples of items for sale, comparable to the potential products as a result for our "friends" system. As well as potential thematic shapes and structures for any design work reflective of forms local and relevant to Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

These are some scanned copies of leaflets we collected at the park, the first two show what the park involves, and the others show what it is and what it takes to become a friend of the park.

These are some of the photos Jade took, here she has documented the simplicity of the images, but the intricacy of the manufacture from different works and details by Rob Ryan, taking note of his many mediums from stencil-like paper cut outs to adhesive vinyl designs applied to the windows.

With my photos, I tried to document shapes and imagery from the architecture and landscape, rather than any of the artwork on display as this is subject to regular change (except, of course, permanent displays such as Henry Moore's sculptures).
